Toyota recalls millions of cars
Toyota has announced a global recall of some 2.8 million vehicles over water pump or steering problems in the latest blow to the firm's reputation.
Japan's biggest carmaker said there were no reported injuries or accidents, but it had received complaints in Japan.
The announcement comes after the firm last month issued a global recall of 7.4 million vehicles, over a possible fire risk tied to a fault with electric windows.
It is unclear if Toyota Ireland will also be recalling vehicles.
