INM appoint four new directors at EGM

Four directors have been elected to board of Independent News and Media.

Len O'Hagan, Triona Mullane, Jerome Kennedy and Leslie Buckley were appointed at an Extraordinary General Meeting in Dublin this morning.

A decision on who will be appointed chairman is to be taken at a board meeting.
