Samsung-Apple battle comes to High Court

A battle between technology giants Samsung and Apple over a patent used in some smartphones and tablet computers has come to the High Court.

Samsung is trying to enforce a judgement delivered by a Dutch court in June against an unlimited Apple company (Apple Sales International), which registered in Ireland.
