ISEQ marginally down

The ISEQ index of Irish shares closed down 17 points to 3,167, a drop of 0.5%.

Among the fallers, C&C closed down 2.25% to €3.52; Ryanair shed 1.99% to €4.08; Smurfit Kappa was down 1.01% to €7.48; Elan slipped 0.26% to €9.15 and CRH was down 0.22% to €16.08.

On the risers' board, Grafton Group was up 1.85% to €3.36; Kerry Group added 1.43% to €31.24; DCC gained 1.17% to €19.90; FBD added 1.11% to €8.10 and Kingspan Group closed up 0.67% to €7.70.
