Kenny and Gilmore to attend NY investment conference

The Taoiseach and Tánaiste are to attend an investment conference organised by former US President Bill Clinton in New York next week.

Tánaiste Eamon Gilmore today told the Dáil the conference was aimed at attracting investment from people who would not normally be associated with Ireland.

He said it would form part of the Government's overall plan to bring jobs and investment into the country.
