The volume of retail sales increased slightly last month, but overall the annual rate has fallen by 0.8% in the year to November.

The volume of retail sales increased slightly last month, but overall the annual rate has fallen by 0.8% in the year to November.

New figures from the Central Statistics Office show the volume of sales up by 1.6% in November compared to October, which is some good news for retailers ahead of Christmas.
