According to figures released by the Irish airline, 4.68 million people flew with Ryanair in November.

Ryanair's load factor was unchanged at 80% compared to November 2010, however.

"As previously guided Ryanair's 2011/12 winter traffic will decline by approximately 4% as we sit up to 80 aircraft on the ground due to higher oil prices," said spokesman Stephen McNamara.
