Hillbilly's to open 26 new outlets

Cork fast food company Hillbilly’s Fried Chicken is planning for an expansion of the brand with the opening of 26 new outlets throughout the country by the end of next year.

Company director of franchising Dermot Carberry said the development would be achievement by franchising and would lead to the creation of close on 400 jobs.

He also said there was interest in the brand in the UK and France.
