Cork fast food company Hillbilly’s Fried Chicken is planning for an expansion of the brand with the opening of 26 new outlets throughout the country by the end of next year.

HILLBILLY’S Fried Chicken, a late night favourite of revellers, is planning on opening 26 stores by the end of next year, creating almost 400 jobs.
