National Employability Forum meets today
A National Employability Forum takes place today which aims to help graduates on the road to employment.
Organised by The Association of Higher Education Careers Services, the forum aims to define employability within higher education, and provide a range of successful measures that will help graduate recruiters as well as students.
"As an institution what we're saying is that every college needs to have an employability policy, they have to have learning outcomes at the end of every course in terms of employability, and certain key competencies need to be built in to the curriculum," said Caroline Kennedy, communications officer with the AHECS.
