Toy company Lego has announced record sales boosted by growth in its “classic” products and demand for its new Harry Potter-themed line.

Toy company Lego has announced record sales boosted by growth in its “classic” products and demand for its new Harry Potter-themed line.

Sales in the UK soared by 48% last year and 57% over Christmas, in large part due to the popularity of toys such as Lego City and Lego Harry Potter, a spokeswoman said.
