Online jukebox Spotify is set to be valued at over €1bn.

It is understood the company will sell a $50m stake to Silicon Valley investor, Kleiner Perkins, and another to Digital Sky Technologies Global.

The online music streaming service intends to use the funds to develop new services and expand its reach.
