UK sportswear and equipment retailer JD Sports announced today that it has acquired 100% of the shareholding of Dublin-based Champion Sports.

UK sportswear and equipment retailer JD Sports announced today that it has acquired 100% of the shareholding of Dublin-based Champion Sports.

The takeover is conditional on approval from the Competition Authority.
