UK sees increase in demand for houses

In the UK, demand for properties rose in November for the first time in four months.

The National Association of Estate Agents said more people are looking to buy, but sellers don't want to disrupt their families over Christmas.

It is predicting house prices will remain "reasonably stable" during the next year if interest rates remain low.
