ISEQ down almost 2%

The ISEQ index of Irish shares closed down 52.21 points to 2,802.62, a fall of 1.83%.

Among the fallers, CRH shed 66c to €14.35; Tullow Oil was down 34c to €15.60; Smurfit Kappa slipped 32c to €7.44; FBD shed 13c to €6.78; Kingspan was down 10c to €5.38 and Grafton Group closed 6c off at €2.74.
