Heavy fall for ISEQ
Irish shares lost almost 1.5% of their value today, as the ISEQ index fell 45.86 points to 3,075.88 by midday today.
The financials all lost ground. Allied Irish Banks was the biggest faller, down 7c to €1.04. Irish Life and Permanent (down 6c to €1.75) and Bank of Ireland (down 5c to 80c) were not far behind.
