Peugeot Citroen recalls cars

French car giant Peugeot Citroen today became the latest manufacturer to recall some of its models under a “precautionary” move announced today.

Around 97,000 Peugeot 107 and Citroen C1 models will be recalled in Europe, including more than 6,000 in the UK, as they are fitted with the same accelerator pedal used in the Toyota Aygo, which is one of the models being recalled by the Japanese firm.
