Ticketmaster completes Live Nation merger

The merger of Ticketmaster and the world’s largest concert promoter, Live Nation, has been completed after clearance from US regulators.

The approval of the US Justice Department comes a month after the UK’s Competition Commission overturned its earlier findings that the tie-up could lead to higher prices and lower quality of service.
