New eircom board announced

Eircom today announced the membership of its board following the acquisition of Australian-based eircom Holdings Limited (ERC) by Singapore Technologies Telemedia (ST Telemedia) and eircom ESOP Trustee Limited (ESOT).

Mr Ned Sullivan remains as chairman of the board, while Paul Donovan continues as the company's CEO.

Also remaining on the board are Jerome Barrett (Deputy Chairman) and Greg Sparks,

Joining these on the eircom board are Tan Guong Ching, Non-Executive Chairman of ST Telemedia, Lee Theng Kiat, CEO of ST Telemedia, and Steven Terrell Clontz, Managing Director – North America and Europe for ST Telemedia.

“I would like to welcome our new shareholders and directors to the eircom board," Mr Sullivan said.

"I would also like to thank the retiring directors Colm Barrington, Nicky Hartery, Andrew Day, Peter Cross, Larry Smith and Cathal Magee for their contribution as directors of the Company and acknowledge their collective and individual efforts over the past number of years.”
