Eircom has exited from examinership and the former national telecommunications company is now owned by a group of 150 banks and funds.

Eircom today announced the membership of its board following the acquisition of Australian-based eircom Holdings Limited (ERC) by Singapore Technologies Telemedia (ST Telemedia) and eircom ESOP Trustee Limited (ESOT).
