The value of Irish shares was up again today, as the ISEQ index climbed 40.99 points to 2.413.88.

The value of Irish shares was up again today, as the ISEQ index climbed 40.99 points to 2.413.88.

The financials had a mixed day, although Irish Life and Permanent continued its recent resurgence, gaining 23c to €2.15. Bank of Ireland inched up 2c to 86c, although Allied Irish Bank lost 7c to €1.05.
