Food giant Kerry Group has today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Breeo Foods, a subsidiary of Irish-based Reox Holdings plc.

Food giant Kerry Group has today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Breeo Foods, a subsidiary of Irish-based Reox Holdings plc.

The transaction was completed for a total consideration of €140m.
