ISEQ down in early-morning trading
The ISEQ index of Irish shares was vauled at 1,957.68 at 11am this morning, a fall of 27.95 points or 1.41%.
The big faller was Dragoin Oil, which lost 49c to €1.59 after increasing by 59c yesterday, while there was better news for fellow oil company Tullow Oil, which gained 42c to €9.11.
Other companies to have a tough morning were Elan, down 20c to €4.30, and FBD, which fell 35c to €5.70.
None of the major banks made big moves in either direction. AIB was up 2c to 42c, Bank of Ireland dropped 1c to 20c while Irish Life & Permanent fell 4c to 83c.
