DCC completes Chevron purchase

Business support services group DCC has completed the acquisition of the trade, assets and goodwill of Chevron Ltd's UK "equity distributor" business.

The acquisition was completed by DCC subsidiary GB Oils. Chevron, trading under the Texaco brand, distributes transport fuels and heating oils from 26 trading locations to commercial, industrial, agricultural and domestic customers mainly in southern England and Wales.
