Tyrone estate agent banned from auctioneering work

The Office of Fair Trading has issued a prohibition order against a Co Tyrone estate agent banning him from auctioneering work.

An adjudicator found that Niall Maneely, director of Maneely & Co estate agents, failed to disclose to a potential purchaser that a property being marketed by his company was owned by his brother.
