Martin confident boom will return in two years

Former Enterprise Minister Micheál Martin says he is confident that the Irish economy will be booming again in two-years time.

Mr Martin was speaking today at the EMC plant in Cork, where a €20m investment in research and development is set to create 50 new jobs.

He said such investments were key to Ireland riding out the current economic downturn.
