The Small Firms Association says its members should not be asked to bear any further costs as a result of spending cutbacks by the Government.

The association, which caused controversy recently by calling for a reduction in the minimum wage, now says it is concerned that small companies will have to pay more in stealth taxes as local authorities and other state bodies rein in their budgets.
