The Irish Research Council for Science, Engineering and Technology (IRCSET) has unveiled a €10.8m scheme to fund career formation of new doctoral and masters researchers in the sciences, engineering and technology.

The Irish Research Council for Science, Engineering and Technology (IRCSET) has unveiled a €10.8m scheme to fund career formation of new doctoral and masters researchers in the sciences, engineering and technology.

The Postgraduate Scholarship Research Scheme will operate in 2008 under the Council’s Embark Initiative.

The closing date for applications is 5pm, August 20. Approximately 75 awards will be funded in this round.

IRCSET operates under the auspices of the Department of Education and Science.
