Michael Klein, the millionaire chief executive of hedge fund manager Pacificor, was killed along with his teenage daughter and their pilot in a plane crash in Panama.

A 12-year-old friend of Klein's daughter, Francesca Lewis, survived and is in the hospital with multiple injuries.
