DCC announces Manor Park share reorganisation

DCC has announced a share capital reorganisation of its Manor Park Homebuilders.

DCC has announced a share capital reorganisation of its Manor Park Homebuilders.

The reorganisation means DCC has received a dividend of €172m from Manor Park.

DCC, who own 49% of Manor Park, says the dividend will generate an exceptional profit of €86m which is expected to boost overall group exceptional profit to about €25m for the year.
