Flights, music 'most popular among female online shoppers'
Ryanair and itunes are the most popular sites used by more than 16,000 Irish women, according to a survey by online voucher payment company 3V.
3V marketing boss Federica Bonato said Irish shoppers in general seemed to prefer high-street shopping, while their counterparts in the UK were turning much more towards online.
"Anecdotally, we know that many Irish consumers are using the internet for price comparisons and depending on the price differential decide whether to shop online or to purchase on the high street," said Ms Bonato.
