AIB named inspired IT 'Team of the Year'

AIB have been named the inspired IT ‘Team of the Year’ at the 2007 BT Inspired IT Awards.

The awards, set up by iReach, reward companies for creating business value through the use of IT.

AIB were awarded the prestigious title for their constant work and innovative development on both their personal and business banking solutions.

Oisin Byrne of iReach said: "This is the one of the main awards on the night and probably one of the most sought after.

"AIB in particular have really shown how successful their team has been in working towards providing innovative solutions for both their personal and business consumers. Their teamwork is exceptional."
