A US computer software firm is to create 100 jobs at a new operation in the Blackpool area of Cork.
The jobs will be created by Blizzard Entertainment, the makers of the hugely popular Internet game World of Warcraft.
The announcement comes on top of the news that the US medical firm Kinetic Concepts Inc is to create 250 jobs at a new manufacturing plant in Athlone.
