The Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg) today revealed that An Post has failed to reach its target of 94% for mail delivered in the Republic within one working day.

The Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg) today revealed that An Post has failed to reach its target of 94% for mail delivered in the Republic within one working day.

The results of its quarterly independent report show that An Post achieved a target of 78%.

The report from the National Regulatory Authority (NRA) for the postal industry in Ireland also revealed that 98% of mail was delivered within 3 working days; still short of the 99.5% performance target set by ComReg.
