Minister for Communications, Energy & Natural Resources Eamon Ryan today announced the introduction of new offences for non-compliance with decisions of the Communications Regulator (ComReg).

He has also increased the penalties that companies will receive for failing to abide by ComReg decisions to 10% of turnover or €5m.
