Recruitment firm installs Google search appliance

Recruitment and talent management firm, Hudson, is using Google’s search technology to internally manage its database of candidates in Ireland.

The launch of TalentDesk, a web-based business system, ensures Hudson can effectively match job profiles with talented candidates more quickly.

Following a successful pilot in Europe last year, Hudson Ireland has adopted TalentDesk, which uses the Google Search Appliance (GSA).

The system allows staff to create new client assignments, attract and assess candidates, measure productivity and success rates, and complete administrative tasks.
