Aer Arann launches new Galway route
Aer Arann today launched a new service from Galway to Newcastle.
The flights will operate four days a week. departing Galway at 6.30pm on Monday, Thursday and Friday and 7.15pm on Sunday. The return flight will depart Newcastle at 8.25pm on Monday, Thursday and Friday and 9.10pm on Sunday with a flight time of one hour and 25 minutes.
The service will be operated by a 66-seater ATR72 aircraft and fares will start from €45 one way including taxes.

Newcastle is a fantastic city in the north of England – rich in the arts, architecture and history with a great reputation for shopping, a thriving nightlife, great cuisine and a world-class programme of festivals and events,” said Micheal O’Callarain, marketing manager of Aer Arann.
“And for soccer followers there are Newcastle and recently promoted Sunderland to cheer on in the Premier League. We believe it will prove to be a popular destination with visitors from the west.”
