Business conference to champion Leitrim's charms
A major business conference highlighting the perks of relocating to Co Leitrim will be held in Dublin today.
The Leitrim Expo will take place in Croke Park and is expected to include 40 trade stands from companies focusing on the benefits of doing business in the county.
The keynote address will be given by the Special Olympics CEO Mary Davis.
Other speakers will include County Manager Jackie Maguire, Sean Boylan, former Meath football manager, and representatives from a number of businesses.
The Leitrim Headstart Award – a package of incentives worth 30,000 euro in property, marketing, finance, mentoring, public relations and other supports - will be launched later in the afternoon.
The conference kicks off at 9.30am.
