Sainsbury's shareholder seeks split
A major shareholder in supermarket giant Sainsbury's has approached the board regarding plans to split up the company, according to reports.
Iranian entrepreneur Robert Tchenguiz, who owns a 5% stake in the business, is pushing for the household name to be listed as two separate companies, the Sunday Times reports.
