Sky Ireland is creating 100 new customer service jobs in Cork, in partnership with Abtran, a leading Irish firm specialising in business process outsourcing services.

Sky Ireland is creating 100 new customer service jobs in Cork, in partnership with Abtran, a leading Irish firm specialising in business process outsourcing services.

The entertainment company is launching a new, dedicated Irish customer service operation at Abtran's Headquarters in Bishopstown, Cork, creating 100 new positions.

Recruitment has already begun for some roles and the new operation will officially open in June/July. The dedicated Sky team at Abtran will be focused on providing top quality customer service to potential subscribers and addressing the needs of its current and rapidly growing customer base of 465,000 households - almost one third of all homes.
