Auto Trader announces record circulation figures

A survey from the Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC) has shown that Ireland’s Auto Trader has sold, on average, 69,002 copies of the magazine weekly throughout 2006.

A survey from the Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC) has shown that Ireland’s Auto Trader has sold, on average, 69,002 copies of the magazine weekly throughout 2006.

This represents an increase in magazine sales of almost 5% on the previous year.

While Auto Trader continues to grow in Ireland the market sector in which it is listed is experiencing a year on year decline of 5.5%.

Auto Trader has increased its copy sales by over 30% since 2003.

Managing director, John O’Connell, said: "We are confident that growth will continue. January 2007's sales already exceed prior records."
