yq? International aquire Lighthouse

yq? International, the Cork-based company and leading provider of self-service electronic top-up solutions for mobile phones in the Irish market, has acquired the Dublin-based company, Lighthouse.

The deal will see yq? International’s turnover rise to almost €100 million and its market share increase to 15%.

The acquisition of Lighthouse gives yq? a much stronger presence particularly in the key Dublin market. We believe that improving the digital offering will be key to keeping competitive.”
