Japanese firm to create 300 jobs in Dundalk

A Japanese financial services firm is set to create up to 300 new jobs in Co Louth over the coming years.

A Japanese financial services firm is set to create up to 300 new jobs in Co Louth over the coming years.

The positions will be created in the next five years at a new office being set up by Daiwa Securities in the Dundalk IDA Park.

The office is due to be officially opened later today by Minister for Enterprise Micheál Martin.

It will provide asset and hedge fund management services for Daiwa's operations in London.
