ISEQ listed business support services group DCC plc has acquired Carlton Fuels Limited, a north of England based oil distribution business, for an initial cash consideration of €13.3m, excluding debt.

Carlton’s net debt averaged €4.7m over the 12 months to May 31, 2006.
