Former Spanish PM gets Murdoch job

Rupert Murdoch’s media and entertainment company News Corporation has appointed Spain’s former prime minister Jose Maria Aznar on to its board.

Rupert Murdoch’s media and entertainment company News Corporation has appointed Spain’s former prime minister Jose Maria Aznar on to its board.

The new appointment increased the number of the company’s board members to 14 directors.

Aznar, 53, served as Spain’s prime minister from 1996 until 2004.
