Agis Zorgverzekeringen, Menzis Zorg & Inkomen and the Delta Lloyd are to merge their health insurance activities to form a new organisation.

Agis Zorgverzekeringen, Menzis Zorg & Inkomen and the Delta Lloyd are to merge their health insurance activities to form a new organisation.

Parties intend to start the integration process in October and complete the process in the course of 2007.
