The c hairman of business support services company DCC, Alex Spain, has announced that he is to retire.

The chairman of business support services company DCC, Alex Spain, has announced that he is to retire.

“I have informed the committee that this is the last year I will seek re-election to the board, as I intend to retire as chairman and from the board in advance of the annual general meeting in 2007,” said Mr Spain.
