Aer Lingus chief eyes 70 more successful years post privatisation
Aer Lingus can look forward to another 70 years of success following its privatisation, management claimed today as union leaders issued a last gasp appeal to all TDs and senators to keep the airline in public hands.
Chief Executive Dermot Mannion told a celebration of the airline’s 70th anniversary that the opening of new routes to the Middle East and privatisation marked the latest steps in the evolution of the company.
