NTR profits up 5.8% in second half of last year
The company that operates Ireland's main toll roads has announced a 5.8% increase in profits in the second half of last year.
National Toll Roads said today that it made €32m between July and December.
It said the positive results reflect a significant growth in its waste and renewable energy businesses.
NTR said it was planning to invest at least €1.5bn over the next three years to pursue those business sectors.
