Investors kept faith today with the market rally that sent the FTSE 100 Index to a four-and-a-half-year closing high last night.

Investors kept faith today with the market rally that sent the FTSE 100 Index to a four-and-a-half-year closing high last night.

Profit-taking took a dent out of the top flight in early trading before the market recovered its poise to stand 2.7 points lower at 5806 by mid-morning.
